As a distinguished guest of The Titan Club, your travel experience is governed not by rules, but by refined expectations. The following commitments are designed to ensure seamless service and mutual clarity.

Each confirmation includes only the base rate. Route-specific charges—such as tolls, taxes, airport surcharges, parking fee etc. are added post-service based on actual logistics.
Hourly reservations begin when your chauffeur departs the garage and conclude upon their return to the garage. A minimum of three hours applies for all transfers. Wait time exceeding 45 minutes is billed under hourly terms in 15-minute increments.
All services are billed in U.S. Dollars. If a reservation takes place abroad, final charges may reflect currency rate differences at the time of billing.
Payment may be made through a pre-funded account, your preferred credit card, or on Net 15 terms. For Net 15 billing, the card on file is automatically charged 15 days after the due date, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations made more than two hours before chauffeur dispatch are complimentary. Later cancellations are charged in full. Modifications within two hours may incur additional fees depending on availability.
Guests may request adjustments during the ride. These changes may impact final billing. While real-time updates may not always be communicated to the account holder, they will be reflected in the final invoice, and the client agrees to accept the associated charges.
If your chauffeur is not visible at the meeting location, please remain on-site and contact The Titan Club at +1 (844) 508-4826 before leaving. This ensures we can assist you immediately and prevent unnecessary charges.
Requests will be honored from any individual associated with your account unless otherwise directed. To limit access, simply provide a list of approved representatives in advance.
Inquiries about charges must be submitted within 15 days of invoice issuance. Beyond this period, charges are deemed final and non-negotiable.
Overdue balances may incur a 1.25% monthly interest charge (15% annualized) until the balance is settled in full.
The Titan Club reserves the right to modify payment terms or account structures at its discretion to maintain the highest standard of service delivery.
The Client understands that refined travel, by its nature, carries inherent risks. By engaging The Titan Club, the Client graciously waives any claims arising from any injury, death, property losses, damages or unforeseen events. This understanding is binding and may only be reconsidered through written agreement with The Titan Club.
The Titan Club reserves the right to pause or discontinue service to any client, at its discretion, with or without notice.
Should any part of these terms be found unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain intact and fully applicable.
These service terms extend to your successors, assigns, and any traveler operating under your account.
Each trip is individually priced. Local taxes, infrastructure fees, permits, and access charges are assessed per itinerary.
